I bought this product because my friends little girl has it and my daughter likes to play with it at her house. The train and car in my friend's set have electronic sound effects and I was expecting the same from this one, however I was most disappointed to find that the contact points in the battery compartment have been removed from my daughter's set and it says in small writing that it is not an electronic toy. Had I known this before purchasing I don't think i would have bought this set. My daughter was wondering why her new toy doesn't make sounds like her friend's one, we felt most cheated.

The figures of peppa pig etc cannot be put on the roundabout at all, they are fixed into the train and do not fit in the car properly. Not user friendly at all for a 3 year old as they want to play with the figures and put them in the car, train and on the roundabout etc. Explains why it was half price. Such a shame and a complete waste of money.

However, the downside is that the car and the train do not have a battery-operated option although the same toys when sold singly do - this didn't seem to be made explicit in the product details. Another disappointment is that the Pig family figures in the car and Grandpa Pig in the train are fixed to the toys and cannot be removed

My children really enjoy pushing Peppa and George around in Grandpas train and spinning them round on the little roundabout. They are lovely colourful toys to play with.

The car is fun to push along but my daughter gets frustrated that the pigs can't come out of the car and the Daddy Pig that comes with this set is so fat he won't stand up on his own as he doesn't have a little base on his feet like the Daddy Pig that comes with the house playset. One of Georges little arms came off the other day, I managed to put it back in but seems a bit dangerous that it had came off as it is only small.

This product is great for kids with a good imagination or even to develop imaginative play. The characters are familiar to the children and well built for being played with over and over without the fear of little bits breaking off!

That the people dont come out of the push along car, it would have been nice to be able to put different characters in and out like you can with the train.

For the price, it's not a bad buy.

The car and train are obviously made to take batteries and actually do something, although in this set they don't do anything and that function has been disabled, although the battery compartments are still there. Very disappointing. This makes it just a push along set rather than actually doing anything. The roundabout set has a bit on it which I imagine probably should have something else on it but would think that again this has been disabled or taken off.

George pig is small enough to choke on and the characters dont fit very well in train trucks

only downside is that we thought the train was battery operated, the same as the train that you can buy on its own.

It's not sturdy enough and easily breaks, also it's too small even for my 5 year old to play with.

To buy the items seperately would cost alot more (even though the car & train dont use batteries like the individual items do). But all in all its well worth the money as the figures on their own cost alot.

Packageing..TOO MUCH!!!! Took ages to get the items out of the box & unscrewed etc. No need at all for half of it. Within hours 2 arms from the characters had broken off.

Lots of characters for the price paid. Some characters loose which allows for imaginative play whilst the others are fixed.

Connections between grandpa pig's train carriages is a bit fiddly to connect for little children (ages 2 and 4)

It is very good quality and good play value. It was very true to the tv programme and the playground was a nice touch.

The little figures are a little difficult to place in the train but it was not too much of a problem.

Value for money.

it's very good value for money and great entertainment for the kids, it will keep them happy for hours along side with many more peppa pig activity games,books,stationary and much more.

i don't see there to be any bad points to this great peppa pig playset.

Solid construction with plenty of scope for imaginative play

my daughter loves peppa pig and she is obsessed with playing with the park.

i've now thrown away packaging but think it says for 3+ , my daughter is 21 months and has loved peppa since she was 12 months old also many of my friends children aged between 1-4 years are loving peppa pig too. but for some strange reason many of the toys have been designed for children aged 3+ due to this the trees on the park have already snapped off and the arms and legs of three of the characters have now got arms and/or legs missing which leaves the product dangerous. I think the merchandise should be designed to withstand the playing of children aged as young as 12-18 months as this seems to be when peppa pig becomes appealing to children.many parents buying the products are buying for chldren aged 1-3 years. we love peppa pig but hope products get more durable !!!!!!

Brilliant product and excellent value for money. I`m sure it will entertain my 3 year old daughter for hours when she gets it from Santa on Christmas morning.

you have altered the house but wish you could make the car able to remove characters also the train also would be good if you sold other characters seperate even though we have the school room

Its bright, children love Pepper pig and there are different pieces to play with, so its educational too. Good value for money.
