oven is very slow to heat up

i wouldnt recommend this cooker

it works and cooks our food

THE BAD POINTS WITH COOKER IS THAT THE BLACK KNOBS ARE NOT VERY CLEAR WHEN THEY ARE ON, THEY NEED EITHER A TIP OF COLOUR ON THE END OR A LIGHT TO INTICATE THAT THE RING OR GRILL IS ON WE HAVE ALREADY LEFT THE GRILL ON AND MELTED THE GRILL HANDLE I FEEL THAT THIS A BIG DESIGN FLAW AND SAFETY ISSUE

I found the oven easy to use and it heats up very quickly,everything I have cooked has cooked evenly,ideal cooker for the price!

the rings work well

it takes a long time for oven to heat up. once heated it takes a lot longer than the average time to cook your food. the oven door is so low you have to nearly be on your knees to get anything out of it. the grill pan is a lot smaller than the shelf it sits on so if you use the proper handle to get it out it pushes the pan so far back that you burn your hand.this is probably the worst item i have ever bought and if i could get my money back i would !!

there is no light to indicate that the hobs are on and also no inturnal light in the lower oven which is very dissopinting .

None really, but would recommend going for integrated grill as it's a bit of a waste of space having a separate grill if you don't use it often, as it means the oven is a little smaller.

This cooker looks great. For some reason black cookers tend to be wider than white ones so I was delighted when I found this one which has a lovely black finish and is only 50 cm wide.

The hot plates are much slower to heat up than on my old cooker. They are also very slow to cool down which means that controlling the heat is very tricky. The oven seems to heat up quite fast though.

Nice neat oven which provides adequate cooking facility (seperate oven/grill and 4 rings) without taking up excessive space. Heats up quickly and performs as well as you'd expect for the price

Not the easiest to connect to the mains as the wiring connections provided are awkward to use and don't feel very solid. As a result, your left wondering if you've connected it safely.

Arrived on time good communication

plates take ages to heat up and as they dont change color you cant tell how hot they are. the knobs are too far down , so is the grill and the cooker cant be easily looked in as its so low also. the oven door handle implies that the oven door opens downwards when i fact it opens sideways. there is such a difference between no 6 max and no 5 on the control knobs - its very hard to control the temperature of the rings.

it dosent tell you if the hobs are on it could do with a light to say you hae the hob on for a bit of safety i do have a two year old that likes turning nobs

After only using the cooker for two weeks the grill and one of the rings does not work. The door does not close very easily. Overall looks very poorly made and very poor value for money.

hobs very difficult to manage with regards to heat- takes about 3 weeks to learn how to negotiate them properly- takes AGES for them to warm up- they never seem to achieve a heat hot enough to heat oil to be able to deep fry chips!!! Grill also sometimes hot within seconds other times you can be waiting for ten minutes

I have liked cookers with a back panel behind the rings to stop splashing of saupan contents on walls etc.

Electric is harder to use as the temperature takes longer to set. I am having some problems getting used to it. If you push a baking tray so as it touches the very back of the oven, the food on it burns quickly.

It is small and compact if you have a small space to fit. It is very easy to use.

The cooker itself is very small inside. Had a few problems cooking at Christmas time because it was so small and had to cook for 9 people.

Exposed heating element in roof of oven - mind you dont burn your hands! Uneven oven temperature when both shelves used - Fan oven model would have been better.

Inexpensive, decent sized cooker. Easy to use, like any oven or cooker.

Hobs and oven are a little bit slow to heat, though, and the oven is not fan assisted. Its build also feels a bit tinny. For the money though, it's a fair cooker.

Separate grill and oven is great in a cooker at this price. Hobs work well and heat up fast so long as you're not using them all at once. Design is simple and robust. Oven capacity is sufficient for most tasks.

The oven on my unit doesn't quite reach the temperatures on the dial - however it can still get high enough for all cooking I require, I just have to monitor it with a separate oven thermometer.

I'd forgotten how hit and miss ordinary ovens are compared to fan ovens and would definitely spend a little more money. I wish I'd bought this cooker in a higher specification model. There's nothing wrong with it, it's my own fault for buying the bog standard option!

The cooker has a really compact, nice simplistic design and it's a great price.

It takes a while for the rings to heat up and I find it hard to see the switches ie, if they are 1 or 6 and there isn't a timer.

Wonderful design, nice looking and a good price.

Probably because it is not fan assisted, the oven needs to be put at a higher temperature than all recipies state. The element in the oven at the top is not shielded so will burn anything that is on the top shelf. The stainless steel around the solid hobs stain too easily and cannot be removed for cleaning.

Does the job it's intended for. Looks good. Easy to clean.

Have to be careful when opening the oven door when it's on, as otherwise get eye scorching blast of hot air in the face.

The controls are flat on the front panel making it difficult to see which one you are turning unless you bend down to look at them.

Reasonable price and good size dimensions for a small kitchen

Grill handle is flimsy and difficult to use - regularly causes burning. Grill itself does not cook evenly. Both the grill and oven knobs work the opposite way to the hobs causing confusion for those with poor eye-sight.
