Value for money, image quality is excellent and the camcorder is so easy to use. Overall we are delighted with the JVC package and would not hesitate to recommend it to others.

Great size and weight - seemed like good value as price is relatively low, and battery life seemed fine.

Absolutely rubbish image quality. Even on a small TV set or laptop screen the picture is grainy and dull. I couldn't believe that JVC would produce such a poor quality camcorder. I can't overemphasise how disappointed I was when I played my footage back. If I could return it I would. Please don't buy this.

The Camera in general, very simple to use and not full of confusing features.

Software provided, may be good if you got the full version but everything you seem to click on it directs you to a website to purchase the function (if its not available don't show it. Then again I did not buy it for the software.

the camera shake can be quite bad when you zoom out. the mic picks up the wind quite badly, but I need to look into ways to reduce this.

Old habits die hard.. Whilst the LCD screen is fine, I'd also have liked a viewfinder.

Compact, reliable brand and very good price in comparison with a lot of camcorders with 40gb memory. I was very impressed with a lot of the features as well as the price.

I hate anyting that I have to read a manual to operate - which would go for most things.

Being small makes it very easy to handle and can be slipped into a bag making it easier to carry. It is not at all complicated and the menu is quite easy to operate thus making the camcorder a pleasure to use.

Great little machine with great output.

A slight problem in recording format for the Mac which requires a little bit of work on being made compatible.

This is my first ever camcorder (welcome to the 21st century I hear you say!) and I would definately recommend it. It is light. easy to use and will fit in to a coat pocket. You can plug it straight into the TV for play back or download to PC for editing.

Extras are a little costly.

A nice compact little camera,light and easy to use.The hard drive means you don't have to carry tapes around.

I can't really think of anything bad to say about it.
