Well designed and does what it says it should. Easy to keep clean.

The user documentation could be a bit more comprehensive and extensive.

The overall look of this oven is excellent. It is easy to keep clean and a smart addition to the kitchen. It is, mostly, easy to use once the controls have been mastered. The size is just right for most kitchens. I got it to replace a bigger, more technically advanced, oven which was very efficient but cumbersome and ugly. It is a good buy at the half price I paid.

Could do with being a bit steadier; tends to move when the door is opened or closed. The five bleeps are irritating. It would be too expensive at the full price advertised. Feels very flimsy.

Is efficient and the design is good

The power cord is too short and from time to time , you have to check whether the glass is fitting in well.

only thing I would say is that you cant just put it on a normal work top surface as when you open the door the whole thing slides you have to use both hands to open it

The writing and numbers around the buttons started to come away so you did not know what button was what. Also the kenwood logo on the front started to peel after a short period of time.

I bought it in may, but left in box till august only to find it MUST have been dropped on its way to me because it stands unevenly and wobbles about !!! i wish i had taken it out of the box and checked it out first. I did not bother to report it as i could only assume that yourselves would say that I did it .

Price was good. Nice to look at. I think the performance will be good if I can get my head round the instructions.

SENT THE FIRST ONE BACK IT STOPED WORKING HAD A NEW 1 REPLACED NOW THE LIGHT INSIDE THE MICROWAVE IS NOT WORKING LOOKS LIKE ITS ON ITS WAY OUT AS WELL
