Screen nice and clear however, if the European mapping model (S70) was available in the smaller 3.5 inch screen I may have opted for that instead as it would be more convenient size.

The touch screen can be quite sensitive and often when pressing one key/picture it activates the one next to it.

Much clearer mapping than Navman's earlier offerings. Speed camera warnings only appear if you're within 10% of breaking the speed limit

12v car adaptor died within a month (Navman did replace it though)

The design and functionality are all very good. It's easy to view large screen and simple menu's make it very simple to use.

It sometimes takes a few minutes to find it's location, but that varies from location to location. It's also sold without a mains charging adaptor and cable, which I had assumed would be part of the initial package cost.

It wasn't clear that to use trffic master I would need to buy an additional piece of kit and also that I would need an external antenna.

Ease of use and big clear screen. Intuitive and easy to use menus. You learn to use this without a manual if you had to, just by playing with it for 1/2hr.

I cannot find a function for updating the UK maps without having to pay for it. With all the new roads being built, innacuracy will become more of an issue as time goes on. It has tried to send me down a couple of wrong roads but I suspect that is fairly common on every satnav.

User friendly with some good functions which have been very handy i.e. POI and the bluetooth facility.

From reading the specification, someone could be forgiven for believing that live traffic updates was inclusive in the S70. Unfortunately, this feature is not included.

VERY EASY TO USE

DOES NOT RECOGNISE MY HOUSE NUMBER,ALSO IT SHOULD OF CAME WITH A STYLUS TO TOUCH THE SCREEN WITH.I HAVE HAD TO COMMANDEER ONE FROM WORK. A BIT AWKWARD TAKING OFF THE SCREEN MOUNT WHILE IT IS ATTACHED TO THE SCREEN.

The screen is very large. Good to keep an eye on.

The bottom cable needs to be secured tightly. If not the battery runs out in less then 10 minutes. Didn't know this and was half-way to a destination and the battery died on me. Was lost till I noticed the connection was not correct. No instructions given.

Good clear sceen and viewing from all angles. Route changes and recalculation very fast. Good European maps.

Slow to find GPS when at first.
