Very easy to use. Bought this for an aunt in her 80's and she took to it straight away.

I bought this for my mother-in-law for Christmas and she was delighted. She finds it easy to use and it fits into her kitchen.

Opening door moves the whole microwave. You have to remember to hold and click! Doesn't allow you to chose 30 seconds, you have to put it on for a minimum of a minute.

Simple but effective product, good value and no problems

Generally, I am very satisfied with this purchase.

1. The plate has a tendency to slip off the turning pivot rather ttoo easily. 2. It is difficult to set the timing accurstely in units less than a minute.

Simple operation a child could do it!

This microwave performs very well; it does what it says on the box.

Often, the previous user might have used the microwave set on another power setting - Low, for instance. So, if you forget to check that the power setting is set to the one you want - High let's say, before you put your meal in, then when you return to take your piping-hot meal out of the oven, it is lukewarm.

Adequate, at best.

The door release is much too stiff. You need to steady the whole machine when pushing the door opening button. The switching on with the timer is annoying. My old micro wave had a separate on/off switch which was much easier. The timing scale is also not good. The first minute should be extended to give one some measure of control over items requiring short duration. I find that unless you use the machine for periods longer than one minute it tends to switch off before reaching the zero point. All in all - a bad buy.

After only a few weeks, the door has already started sticking. Most of the time, when you press the open button the door doesn't open.
