this product is very stylish. it is easy to use (for anyone used LED display microwave) i found the user guide adequate. i had not used a micro/grill before & i had to spend some time experimenting but that is only to be expected. i like this product a lot & i was pleased to find a trusted name as well.
the only minus i can find is the timer. On certain functions e.g. reheat, the timer is set for a minimum of 2mins, i would prefer to able to choose the timing myself.

cheap
poor controls. handbook incorrect e.g. it talks about a defrosting 'tray' or something, it doesn't tell us how to decide which of the C powers to use nor for how long. Book is not clear about clearances - sides OK at 4 inch but does this include back or does this not matter

Nice design/style and good value for money.
Bit noisey when on stand-by, sounds like a transformer humming away, noise disappears when a hand is placed on the right casing.
